How we partner with you

One simple process. Three levels of partnership.

We help you put AI to work the way a market leader would — deliberately, profitably, and built around how you actually operate. The work is led by an owner who already runs his own company on AI, and the goal is always the same: grow your revenue or save you money. Ideally both.

The process — at a glance

Every partnership follows the same four steps

The difference between the levels is simply how far down the path we go together, and how much we build.

Step 1 — Discover

Opportunity Audit

A structured look at every part of your business to find where AI can help and what it would be worth.

Step 2 — Prioritize

A ranked plan

We turn the audit into a ranked plan: each opportunity scored by payoff and effort, tagged grow or save, and marked replace now, stage next, or not yet.

Step 3 — Build

Real, working AI

We implement the priorities in focused sprints — standing up working AI in your business, not slideware — and train your team to use it.

Step 4 — Operate & optimize

A durable advantage

We keep it running, measure results, add new wins, and improve over time. This is where AI becomes a lasting advantage rather than a one-off project.

The capability ladder

How far any task can go

Rung 1

AssistMost are here

AI drafts, you do the rest.

Rung 2

Augment

AI handles the routine, you review.

Rung 3

Automate

AI runs the workstream with guardrails.

Rung 4

Autonomous

AI agents act and decide — workstream engineering.

Your role in the process

A partnership, not something done to you

AI delivers real value only when it's built around how your business actually runs — and no one knows that better than you and your team. Your participation is real, and it's concentrated up front. The audit and discovery phase asks the most of you, and that's exactly the point: the time you invest there is what makes everything we build afterward accurate and worth doing. The commitment tapers noticeably once we move into building and operating.

What we'll need, and roughly when

  • Discover — a point of contact, secure read-only access, and short interviews with you and a few key staff. ~10–15 hrs across the team, over 2–3 weeks.
  • Prioritize — time to review the opportunity map and a decision-maker to approve the plan. 1–2 short working sessions.
  • Build — a go-to person per workstream to answer questions and review drafts. Periodic check-ins per sprint.
  • Operate — a named internal owner for each workstream and team adoption. Ongoing, light.

Discovery is the biggest ask — and the highest-leverage time your team will spend. We bring the AI expertise and do the heavy lifting; you bring the business knowledge and the decisions.

How we keep it safe and honest

Moving early should never mean moving recklessly

Real over hype

We only recommend what genuinely works for your business today, and we say plainly what isn't ready yet.

You stay in control

Sensitive steps keep a human in the loop. Nothing important runs unchecked, and granting or removing access stays entirely with you.

Operational lane only

We automate the work around money, legal, and health matters — never the regulated advice itself, which stays with your licensed professionals.

Your data, your business

We request the minimum access needed, prefer read-only wherever possible, and what we build belongs to your business.
