Information you choose to provide
When you send an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, business name, business website, what your business does, and the challenge or question you share.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation, schedule an appointment, and manage a potential or active business relationship. We do not sell lead information.
AI chat
The website assistant uses an AI service to answer questions from approved Imperia Forged website information. Please do not share passwords, private records, regulated information, or other sensitive data in the chat. General chat transcripts are not retained by Imperia Forged as lead records. Contact details submitted through an inquiry form are handled separately from the AI conversation.
Service providers
Cloudflare operates the website and its server-side request handling. Google Workspace stores accepted inquiries and calendar bookings. The AI provider processes chatbot messages to generate responses. These providers handle information only as needed to provide their services.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become client relationships are generally kept for up to 12 months. Client and business records may be retained longer when needed for the relationship, ordinary recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information we have about you or request correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
